We have staff available to talk with you and address your concerns during normal business hours. Please feel free to leave us a message through our Patient Portal (PXP) or office phone number and someone will return your call by the end of business day.
After Hours & Emergencies
In case of an emergency please call 911. If you must reach one of our clinicians after normal business hours, leave a message with our answering service and a clinician will return your call within 15 minutes. Please note that there is a $15 fee for after hours calls. After hour calls are for urgent care needs only. All other calls should wait until next business day during normal business hours.
Telephone Procedures
During office hours, the main number is answered by our operator. Your call will be transferred to the appropriate department where you can leave a message and a staff member will return your call by the end of the business day. Calls after 4pm may not be returned until the following business day.
